Special Animals
started Special Animals after I worked with a group that formed after our local dogcatcher was caught on video shooting dogs and leaving them to suffer until they finally died or he would bury them alive! It was a terrible thing and the man didnt get into any trouble for what he did.
The group that formed broke apart after a few years so a couple of friends and I started Special Animals. We take in unwanted and stray animals in our own homes and provide for them.
We provide vet care, food, and anything and everything they need. We get them spayed/neutered and try to find them forever homes. We are no kill unless the animal isnt able to be fixed and will be in terrible pain for the rest of its life.
