| A Fun Way To Exercise Your Dog
Our dog loves this – at least I think she does. She certainly keeps coming back for more!
You will need – one ball obsessed dog (or more, this is a minimum number; you’ll look silly on your own), and some snow.
Roll up a decent size snowball, one your dog thinks she’ll have a decent chance of catching. Then go through your usual routine of showing her you have a ball for her to run after. Our dog Tilly goes mad for this. She does the ‘I’m sitting down but not really’ position, with her rear end hovering inches from the cold ground.
Then throw the snowball. If she’s as daft (but lovable) as our dog, she’ll chase after it and then spend the next ten minutes trying to figure out where it’s gone, completely unaware it disintegrated as soon as it hit the floor.
Repeat. As many times as she’ll fall for it.
Which is usually a lot. They love it!
