Pet Charity Donation Request Form

• Big Paw is happy to donate 1 item of our choice to approved applications.
• Donation requests MUST be PET RESCUE related.
• We do reserve to right to deny any requests, due to the volume of requests we receive we try, but cannot guarantee to help everyone
• The Organization will be verified (believe it or not we do get fake requests!) so please provide a valid URL
• Big Paw is also happy to place a link your organization on our breed profile, pet rescue information section.
• We do request a link to http://www.bigpawdesigns.com on your event site or rescue site in return. We are happy to provide a special trackable link that would donate 10% of any sales generated if a visitor to your site clicks the link and makes a purchase.
• Wholesale information is availble for fundraising as well
