 | | Dixie
The reason my dog Dixie deserves to wear the "I Dig" charm is not because she digs dirt but because she "digs" everything else. You may be thinking, what does she dig? Well, she digs life. She digs her friends Token (my cat), Luna (the neighbors dog) and Corona (our friends dog). She digs children and most of all, she digs the frisbee. So, if you were to think that a tag stating "I Dig" is a warning sign of a dog that digs up dirt and ruins the grass, than that is the wrong way to look at it. A dog that wears the tag "I Dig" is a dog that digs more than just dirt...it is a dog that digs life.

| | | | Pochi
I think my dog, Pochi, should win because even though she is a little Lhasa Apso, she loves to dig. She not only digs out side, but sometimes she feels the need to dig the couches. She'll scratch at them as if she is actually going to make a hole. If you look closely at the fallen flower petals in the picture attached, you will see that she does dig anything.

| | | | Roxy (Winner)
My name is Roxy Louviere, and I deserve to be your "I Dig" winner because, well, I dig! My mommy rescued my brother and me from animal control when we were babies. Oh boy, I was excited to get out of there! When I got home mommy soon realized she had a digger on her hands. I used to dig all in the flower bed which would make my mommy upset, but she couldn't help laughing at me because I always looked so cute with dirt all over me and a big smile on my face (as you can see in my photo). I am a little older now, and I don't dig in the yard anymore but I "dig" a lot of other things! I dig chasing bugs, playing with my brother in the dirt, chasing the water hose, running with my mommy, and anything else outside. I love the great outdoors and living life, and I think that is why I embody the spirit of the "I Dig" dog.

| | | | Piper
The reason why my dog deserves the I Dig charm is because every chance she gets she will dig. She will dig on the couch, she will dig at her blanket so that the fleece side is up and she will dig on the bed so it is just perfect. Finally when all that is done she will give you the most innocent look possible.

| | | | Prince
Our dog Prince, a mix of border Collie and Papillon, actually doesn't dig too much. What he does do is "dig" being the older brother to our newest family member, Ralphie. Prince tells him when to eat, when to sleep, and when it is okay for us to pet him. Come to think of it, Prince tells us the same thing.

| | | | Diva
Hi, meet Diva. Diva was adopted from Muscatine Humane Society a few years ago and she is an active, mischievous dog. She loves to dig inside or outside. One of the pictures shows the flower pot adventure. She climbed up on a pub chair, put her front feet on top of the TV, knocked over the flower pot and proceeded to drag the contents through the house. Instead of getting mad, I reached for the camera. Diva has that effect on me! Diva used to dig holes all over the yard, but we have arrived at a truce of sorts. The area along the garage is hers, Diva's Digging Zone. She loves to lie in the cool dirt on a hot day. She burrows under the covers inside, even during the summer. She is my Diva and I love my silly Diva very much. Diva is a genuine, grade A, certified digger!
